Tall Guy Contracting Ltd. completed a comprehensive tenant improvement project for Opa! of Greece in Chilliwack, transforming the space into a modern, functional, and welcoming restaurant environment. This full-scale renovation involved coordinating and managing every phase of construction, from demolition through to the final finishes. Our scope included framing, drywall installation and finishing, suspended T-bar ceilings, flooring, painting, millwork installation, doors and hardware, electrical, plumbing, HVAC coordination, and all required finishing details. Every aspect of the project was completed to meet commercial building standards while maintaining the quality, durability, and efficiency required for a busy restaurant operation. The result was a refreshed, contemporary space that reflects the Opa! brand and provides an exceptional dining experience for customers.
