Estimate
Once we understand the scope, you get a fully itemized quote plain language, real numbers, nothing buried in fine print.
We’d rather over explain a cost now than surprise you with one mid-build.
Contract
Happy with the numbers? We lock in a signed build agreement with a phase-by phase schedule, from demo day to final walkthrough.
You’ll have a direct line to your contractor for the entire build always know where things stand.
Design & Build
A complete design package — material picks, layouts, 3D views planned around your budget from day one, not adjusted afterward.
Once it’s locked, we handle permit drawings and move straight into construction, with regular updates the whole way through.
Completion
We walk the finished space with you room by room, until every last detail is right backed by our workmanship warranty.
