Consultation

We meet for a free consultation first. We talk about your project and take the time to learn more about you, your needs, and your personal preferences during this meeting. We’ll talk about potential design concepts for your house for a while. We will also walk you through every step of our complete procedure. Our design team may collaborate with you or your preferred design team to deliver the best outcome, or we can assist you in designing your new project.

We will also discuss expectations and budgets at this time to make sure you are entirely at ease and that your expectations are reasonable given your financial situation.

Estimate

We can give you a precise quote for your home renovation project as soon as we get your ideas. We will walk you through the execution strategy and provide a fully customized estimate that outlines the project’s cost. To avoid employing confusing language, we try to be as clear-cut and detailed in our estimates as we can. We provide you a precise and transparent estimate up front because we value honesty and openness.

Contract

We sign a build agreement once the construction budget has been determined and you are satisfied with it. For your project, we will create a schedule that details each phase of the work from the beginning to the end. Our group of expert professionals will put forth maximum effort to finish the project promptly and to your satisfaction. Keep lines of communication open with your contractor while the renovation work gets began, to make sure everything is going according to plan.

Design Plan Construction

Every project we embark on has a well-defined plan and design. We provide complete design services, material selections for your home, and architectural designs with three-dimensional views of your area.

We can execute the ideal project on schedule and within your budget by keeping your desire within your budget at the design stage. To realize your vision, we can also collaborate with your designer or architect.

Architectural permit drawings can be produced once the project’s design has been finalized.
